The life of squash leagues.net began with the desire to make playing in leagues easier. We are league players ourselves, and decided the time was right for a modern approach to squash league management. Finding time to go and look at a noticeboard and scribble numbers on scraps of paper should be a thing of the past!

We also understood it was important to ensure that those without the desire or the means to use an internet tool were not inconvenienced - the solution must work alongside the club's existing league process.

The mission of squash leagues.net is to enhance squash leagues across the country by providing an interactive website for players and league administrators.

We aim to achieve this by providing an accessible and secure environment to communicate fixtures, contact details, results and progress, as well as to facilitate administration by providing features to allow every aspect of the league to be configured and automated.

Our five key objectives are:

1. Provide members with 24/7 access to current league information - including position, opponents, contact details and results
2. Provide players with tools to edit their own details, including scores
3. Automate league administration to include the end of league promotions/relegations and adding/removing players
4. Ensure all players have access to league information by running the website alongside the existing league management system
5. Increase the competitiveness of leagues by intelligent player placement and adjustment
